To Make a Return
1. Contact Us
Email office@outofsouthafrica.com with the following information within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you would like to return
- The reason for return
2. Return Your Item
Package your item in the original packaging and return it to the address provided. Please note:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your delivery is safely returned to the brand. Please retain your proof of postage.
3. Refund Process
Once your return has been received by us, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.This Pied à Terre isn’t a home or an office. It’s a base of operations — where strategy is set between the
